The Tunisian Federation of Wushu Kung-Fu is the official body in Tunisia for the practice and development of Wushu Kung-Fu. It was created in 2003 and is a member of the International Wushu Federation and the African Wushu Confederation. The Tunisian Federation of Wushu Kung-Fu is governed by an executive committee composed of elected members, whose current president is Mr. Sami Rekik. The federation regularly organizes national and international competitions, training courses and events to promote the practice of Wushu Kung-Fu in Tunisia. It also encourages the participation of its members in international competitions and supports Tunisian athletes in their preparation for the Olympic Games and world championships. The Tunisian Federation of Wushu Kung-Fu is committed to promoting Wushu Kung-Fu as a sport, an artistic discipline and a health method for all ages and all levels.
