Too much redundancy. Too many unnecessary steps. Pictures need to be uploaded in groups not one at a time. There should not be an assessment and a report. That is redundant. That is two reports with basically the same information. There should be one report per item either an inspection or a completion.

its extremely helpful when it works completely. when it crashes, doesn't load, doesn't load pictures or reports or uploads boxes instead of the actual pictures submitted it creates detrimental headaches and tanks your stats creating more work in locked orders. I'd teeter between 2 and 4 stars.

it works sometimes as long as you remember to uninstall it and then reinstall it once it twice a week. fsn insists you use it at all times but does nothing to fix these issues
