Very poor experience while ordering through the app. My orders were automatically modified, and even after placing the order 2–3 times, only 1 out of the 3–4 products I selected is now showing as out for delivery. It feels like customers are being pushed to subscribe or recharge their wallet, while the platform cannot even fulfill a basic order properly. This is extremely disappointing.

1 Star - Very Disappointing & Misleading They advertise "7 Days Free Milk," but after signing up, they ask you to recharge the wallet, pushing for ₹1,000+. I recharged ₹500, but then milk was continuously shown as "out of stock" for 2–3 days. I raised a support ticket, but it was automatically closed without any contact or resolution. I requested a refund, but there is still no proper response or refund. Very misleading experience. Think twice before adding money.

Do not use this app. They falsely advertise that once you recharge for a particular amount you get x days of free milk/ coconut water etc. However, the catch is, the amount that you recharge for goes directly towards that offer and you get INR 0 or INR 1 in your wallet, which essentially means that it is not free. Then, each day you would need to open the app and claim the "not-so-free" milk/ coconut. If you miss adding it on any of the 7 days, you don't get that product and you lose money.
