Building Quater Clinic Card - BQCliC is designed for tenants of JKR quarters to report damage or faulty items. Tenants must first register their quarters. Once registered, they can log in to create a complaint by uploading a picture and description of the damage. Tenants can also view the repair status of their complaints and access the history of past repairs.
