Poor Product Quality and Poor Customer Support Purchased a pair of shoes which got damaged within 6 months. Went to their farwaniya outlet 5 times (in 1 month) to report the issue but the staff keeps saying that their is no update from the branch manager. So, I contacted the company via instagram and had a conversation with their Branch Manager. The branch manager says, if both the shoes are damaged then only they will consider it as damaged product. Finally, they didn't do anything about it.
