They must of made a deal with Verizon to use this app because they always ask you to download this glorified Spyware instead of simply allowing images or video in their chat. This app didn't assist in solving any issues, only wasting more time. I already could verify what was wrong in my network. This app fills a niche that it itself is making. Useless.
