The Customer App allows vehicle owners to easily manage their vehicles and request repair services through a streamlined mobile experience.
Customers can create an account and securely add their vehicle details within the app. If a vehicle is damaged, customers can raise a repair request by providing damage information and submitting a quotation directly through the app.
Once a request is created:
- It is shared with approved service providers (technicians)
- Providers review the damage details and quotation
- Customers are notified when a provider accepts or rejects the request
- Repair progress can be tracked until completion
The app is designed to simplify communication and coordination between customers and technicians while keeping the entire repair process transparent and organized.
There is no in-app payment system. Payments and settlements are handled outside the app, allowing the platform to focus purely on service management and repair tracking.
The Customer App offers a reliable and user-friendly way to report vehicle issues, connect with qualified providers, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
