Solicita Braço do Norte is the digital channel for citizens to register requests for public services and track their progress with the Municipality of Braço do Norte/SC.

With just a few taps, you can report the problem, indicate the location on the map, attach photos, and send your request. All directly from your cell phone, without queues and without needing to go to a service counter.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the type of problem (public lighting, pothole, urban cleaning, signage, and other services available in the city).

2. Mark the location on the map or enter the address — the app uses your location to facilitate registration.

3. Describe the situation and, if you wish, attach photos to help the City Hall team.

4. Review the data and send. You will receive a record of the request for tracking.

5. Check the history in the Activity tab and see status updates when there is synchronization with the City Hall.
