App crashes when searching for past in-store purchases using the search field: type anything in the in-store purchase search field and it crashes to home screen straight. The search for online purchases is also not working well because it keeps searching, refreshing, clearing the search field, and closing the keyboard whenever I type any single letter/number, making it not possible to perform any meaningful search.

Ordering system is very poor. Items can be added on the cart and payment has been deducted. After 3 days, Tangs called and said item is not available. Tangs should look into the system and stock update. Up to this day, never update stocks, it shows available. I have to come down personally to settle the issue. The online shopping experience is terrible. Staff from Tangs "this is a usual problem" . Pls rectify this issue.

Forever being signed out of app after each upgrade. No email received each time I click forget password. And when I called CS to ask, they will tell me because system was upgraded and all customers need to re log in. If this is happening so often, find a solution for god seek! Don't expect your customers to always call CS asking what happened. And you jolly well know what was the issue!
