barely tried the app but the whole discount programme is terrible. first purchase no rebate, second purchase no discount. you'll essentially only see a discount on the third purchase. I don't know if I'm coming back for a third purchase.

Ordering system is very poor. Items can be added on the cart and payment has been deducted. After 3 days, Tangs called and said item is not available. Tangs should look into the system and stock update. Up to this day, never update stocks, it shows available. I have to come down personally to settle the issue. The online shopping experience is terrible. Staff from Tangs "this is a usual problem" . Pls rectify this issue.

Forever being signed out of app after each upgrade. No email received each time I click forget password. And when I called CS to ask, they will tell me because system was upgraded and all customers need to re log in. If this is happening so often, find a solution for god seek! Don't expect your customers to always call CS asking what happened. And you jolly well know what was the issue!
