PLAN YOUR SHIFTS
View available shifts, book the times that fit your schedule, receive reminders and clock in when your shift begins. Clear status information shows whether you are offline, ready for work or actively completing a delivery.
RECEIVE AND MANAGE ASSIGNMENTS
Go online during an eligible shift and receive delivery requests. Review the pickup, drop-off, package and customer information needed before accepting and moving through the job.
NAVIGATE WITH CONFIDENCE
Open directions to pickup and drop-off points, use live location during active work and return to an in-progress delivery after reopening the app.
COMPLETE SECURE HANDOFFS
Confirm pickup and arrival at the correct location. Where required, use delivery codes, proof photos or recipient confirmation to document a successful handoff.
