The Visakhapatnam Steel Plant Employees' Cooperative Thrift & Credit Society Limited, Regd.No.B-1918, Ukkunagaram, Visakhapatnam was Registered on 10th October, 1986 and commenced its activities from 4th November, 1986, under Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 7 of 1964. The society was registered with 99 promoters and started with 373 members.

This Mobile App is exclusively for the Members of the society. Members can enquire about their details of various deposit / Loans sanctioned by the society and circulars 24X7.

The main intention of this App is to Develop transparency on society and also create confidence in members about society.

The objectives of the Society in brief are as follows:-

• To create funds to be lent out to or invested for its members or for their benefit, but subject always to the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act VII (6) of 1964 and Rules framed there under.

• To encourage Thrift, self-help and cooperation amongst members and to finance for the purchase of household and other utility items to the members.
