I've been playing this game for awhile now and am now level 22, so decided to analyze just what I did playing the game for 30 mins. Now, it is NOT required to watch all these ads, but you do get bonuses for doing so like gems, gold, boosts, reduced time on upgrades, or double rewards, although sometimes, I did get two ads played instead of just one and sometimes the ad was just blank and I had to exit the game and come back in. That happened 3 times in 30 mins. I also had 2 ads that just played at the end of levels. But the final count was in 30 mins: 13 commercials, 3 blank commercials, PLAYED 2 LEVELS, decorated the lobby once. That was in 30 mins. But, if you aren't in a rush, I guess it's not a bad game. I'll probably play it just a bit more but don't see me spending any money on it. I'm already giving them enough ad revenue. As for how the game is played? Guests come to the hotel, you tell them what room to go to, run around bringing them stuff to eat or drink, check them out, maybe get them a taxi, and hope they stay happy and clean the room afterwards.

I want to give this 5 stars, but there are so many pop-ups and ads. Finish a level? You can watch an ad to double your coins. But if you skip, YOU STILL GET A FORCED AD and don't get the bonus. Then the game has its own ads to sell you in game purchases and too many pop-ups for so many mini-games. When you actually get through all that, it is actually a fun game, just takes too long to get to play.

Used to enjoy this game, and honestly could only beat one game a day with the ( ad rewards) when there used to be 20 a day, and only one jet pack. Now I only get 5 of those a day with only coins and ( not nearly enough) diamonds to move forward in the game. Also the Tom and Coco ( special events) freeze up when I try to get the items for free. It's freezes as soon as Tom and Coco start moving. Please fix these issues, I would really like the 20 free items a day back!
