I've been playing this game for awhile now and am now level 22, so decided to analyze just what I did playing the game for 30 mins. Now, it is NOT required to watch all these ads, but you do get bonuses for doing so like gems, gold, boosts, reduced time on upgrades, or double rewards, although sometimes, I did get two ads played instead of just one and sometimes the ad was just blank and I had to exit the game and come back in. That happened 3 times in 30 mins. I also had 2 ads that just played at the end of levels. But the final count was in 30 mins: 13 commercials, 3 blank commercials, PLAYED 2 LEVELS, decorated the lobby once. That was in 30 mins. But, if you aren't in a rush, I guess it's not a bad game. I'll probably play it just a bit more but don't see me spending any money on it. I'm already giving them enough ad revenue. As for how the game is played? Guests come to the hotel, you tell them what room to go to, run around bringing them stuff to eat or drink, check them out, maybe get them a taxi, and hope they stay happy and clean the room afterwards.

Generally, I really enjoy this game! I like a quality free game. There have been times that levels seemed too difficult to pass, without spending actual money. So, at those times, I didn't play for days. Yet, yesterday I spent money on the game, and now one of my favorite options about this game is gone! I love the "watch ad for 1 more guest" feature. That feature is one of the reasons that I kept this game, even on levels that I was "stuck". Please don't take that away from me! Thanks

So I thought I would give this game one more try. Its really fun and Ive spent money into it. But I one star because no matter how hard I try. I can never have enough coins to beat the levels. So here is to purchasing more gems because I dont get enough to upgrade without purchasing. As you play into it, it is more into a money greed app than fun anymore. Plus they stopped offering ads if you fail to beat a level and need to watch an ad for an extra guest. So Im uninstalling. For good this time.
