I bought this camera at Korean Costco. This app only connects somewhat consistently to smart cam when I'm at home, which is somewhat useless, unless you are using it as a baby cam. Whenever, I am remote it almost always crashes, and will not work again until I get back home. After crashing once it demands I reset the device, which I obviously cannot do while away. The camera is so unreliable it is worse than useless.

사무실에서 사용하는데 WiFi는 무엇보다 안정적이다. 스마트폰, 노트북에서 인터넷을 사용할 때 전송속도와 연결도 좋고 공유기 범위에서 2m정도밖에 안되는 거리에 설치했는데 유독 이 어플에 연동한 카메라만 말썽이다. 다른 기기로 교환도 2번 받았는데 문제는 해결되지 않았다. WiFi is more static than anything else when used in the office. When connected with a smartphone or laptop, it is installed less than 2 meters away from the range of the router, but only cameras linked to this application continue to disconnect from the Internet. They exchanged them twice with other devices, but the problem was not solved.

The app insisted that I scan the QR code on the device body and it does not have a QR code only a barcode and it doesn't provide an option to move forward to use the app without registering the device and that is the only option provided so the app is worthless
