Absolutely useless. The charging time is horrendous. Understandable, given that most of the times the usage is free, however, what is NOT understandable is the fact that the app will not allow you to delete the payment method once introduced, stating that "you cannot delete the only payment method on the account". I had to send an email to support to finally make it happen. Stay away from this shady company. Edit: Reply to owner: I deleted my account, bossman. You did not address the issue.

We have been on the market for 4 years and have many happy customers. We don't see that you are our customer or have any rental which is very strange, and yet you give us a rating like this. From now on our service is completely free and customers are really happy

really slow charging, not worth even trying. i would have understood that the free 30minz were slow charging but only slow charging is unacceptable

Thank you for your feedback. The first 30 minutes are free for new users, and very soon all stations will be completely free. Please check the app map to see free locations (marked in blue for fast charge). Charging speed can depend on cable and phone model. We’d appreciate if you give us another try.

Charging is very slow. I guess fast-charge batteries will decrease company profit as you are charged per hour, not per usage. Unless you are really stranded, you're better off asking the bartender to charge your phone and get a beer while you wait. Is cheaper. As advertised, If you charge 2 phones at the same time I expect even slower charge and for sure they will not be full after ~2h. Batteries are 5000mAh and most of the new phones already reach that capacity.
