SCM Autostrade is the official mobile application dedicated to the digital management and technical supervision of Autostrade per l'Italia construction sites. Designed to extend the potential of the Common Data Environment (CDE) directly to the field, SCM allows construction managers, inspectors, and contractors to digitize their entire workflow, eliminating paper and ensuring maximum data accuracy.

🔹 Digital Construction Log: Complete and update the Construction Log directly from your smartphone or tablet. Record daily activities, monitor construction progress, and track every relevant event with just a few taps.

🔹 Work Inspection Reports: Perform checks and inspections in the field using structured digital checklists. Generate immediate inspection reports, complete with findings and technical notes, ready to be synchronized with the central system.

🔹 Multimedia Documentation: Enhance your reports and work logs by attaching photos and videos taken directly on the construction site. Each multimedia file is uniquely associated with the work, providing irrefutable visual proof of the work progress.

🔹 Registry and Resource Management: Consult the construction site registry in real time. Verify authorized companies, personnel present, and vehicles/equipment used, ensuring everything complies with the planned safety and staffing plans (WBS).

🔹 Offline Mode: Work seamlessly even in areas with poor network coverage or in tunnels. SmartCM saves data locally and automatically syncs with the OnBase platform as soon as the connection is available.

🔹 CDE Integration: SmartCM is not an isolated app: it is the operational arm of the Common Data Environment. All data entered flows into the central Autostrade system, ensuring that design and construction documentation are always aligned.
