TecniControl+ is an app developed for Hiraoka Imports' on-site service technicians.

With this app you can:

🔧 View contract details: customer, address, appliance, serial number, and condition.

📷 Attach photos from your gallery or take new ones with your camera.

🗒️ Write technical comments with voice dictation support.

📍 Open Google Maps directly from the app to locate the customer.

🧾 Generate a technical PDF with contract details, observations, service hours, and images.

🕓 Record the start and end times of service.

🔔 Send alerts to the office, such as: Rescheduling, Quality Control, Credit Note, and others.

💬 Send alerts or comments for the office to review.

📑 View previous Service Delivery Notes (SADs) and their history.

📡 Upload all your information to Firebase Storage and Firestore to keep it synchronized in real time.

This app requires access to your camera, microphone, and storage to accurately capture and record the technical information for each service.
