APP doesn't work ! Either the EV424 has insufficient processing resources or the app is poorly programmed and insufficiently tested. * Does it go through Torino for TCS? The installer had to try very many times to set up the panel in TCS! After creating the account, on attempting to connect, after the app apparently found the panel, almost every time it replied "could not complete the task" Also when it did show the zones, same error when we tried to change anything!
