Desk booking system for Mooneygroup’s employees and consultants.
How to book your workstation:
Log in to your account
To log in to the app for the first time click on "I forgot my password". Enter your work email address to receive the link to set your password.
If you are an external consultant/collaborator, please refer to your contact person in Mooney.
Book your desk
After logging in with your credentials, choose the desired desk among those that appear as available. You will receive a calendar confirmation.
Confirm your arrival
When in the office, check in to report your presence. Scan the QR code displayed on the workstation and follow the app’s instructions.
