You Have To tell your server you have the app to get points, when dining in. Ours did NOT ask. When I inquired. He said he couldn't do anything since we had already paid on the machine in the table. (It doesn't ask if you're a Rewards member before you pay either!) What do you get for reward points??? I found nothing that tells you that. Also, I didn't find a way you can scan your receipt to get points either! This seems like a convenient, online pick-up order only! Could do better!

The app is ok, but I wish there was a way to track the reward points to make sure they are being applied. I've been told 5 times that my next visit I will have the reward, but when I go in for the next visit, they still tell me that I don't have enought points. I always give my phone number and we go to Teds about once a week. I don't think all of my points are being applied. Would like it if there was a history of points earned so I know I'm not being cheated. Love Teds, but not the app.

When ordering online, it's not a good service.... Rice and beans come dry and/or a small ladle of each in the Styrofoam boxes which barely covers the bottom. Fajitas have more veggies than the choice of meat... This has happened last 2xs at this location... Not a fan ....
