I put my reservation in back in February. I can't get push notifications to tell me when I'm getting it. I contacted support, and it took a week for them to answer me back. They finally fixed the push notifications, but it disappeared the next day! Now, they won't answer me back at all! When do I get my TV, and when can you guys fix my app?!!

Honestly, those of you that are having a hard time with the app, maybe delete and reinstall, or just give it another shot. I downloaded the app, and think it took maybe 10 mins total to go from the initial account creation screen, to a, "thank you, you're on the list, well be in touch" screen. Was completely painless experience for me..?!

Got mine today! It works amazing! I've been playing with it and figuring out all the neat features and controls. Great for the technological advanced (Or even simi-advanced. Willing to play with new technology and figure it out.) My simple husband doesn't like it. It's too smart for him lol. My son likes that he can put on his ASMR videos at night, I like the movie theater feel with awesome picture and sound. And the voice search feature is pretty neat/convenient too.
