I took suspection on the 16th. Good app for long term investment, & swing trading accuracy not good overall, but customer service is not good. They hang up the phone without listening to the whole story. They call from other departments and ask about a one problem again and again. its getting irritated for me

Not good to generate return in bear market. and there is no personal guidance. they are just providing stocks name, without telling at which price one should enter. and they are not even providing momentum in stocks. they are holding many stocks for so long like paytm. only recently it is giving good returns, but for last 2 yrs, it was a dead money. it's far better to hold mutual fund than this. and if you have already owned one of his mutual funds, then more or less it's same.

last 2-3 months app is not working, no one from back office is helping, use less back support team, no contact number given to make a call, worst service today again facing same issue, yesterday it was resolved but today again facing same issue.
