The app feels like a very rushed Beta version. You can not respond to customers by simply clicking on their responses. You have to physically go back to their profile, click the method of communication, and send. As others have said, almost 70 percent of email and text threads do not show up in the desktop version when you have communicated with them through the app. it is lagging. when scanning drivers licenses and taking photos of insurance cards, it can take 7 attempts.

Been using the app for about a year now and still can't scan VINs. Would be nice to have a version of this that makes my job easier, not more complicated. Looks like this has been an issue for years that they are just too lazy to fix. Edit- Not sure how, but the app has gotten worse. Constantly crashes when I scan IDs, still can't scan trades, when the ID does scan, no information gets pulled from it. Absolute garbage.

The app keeps force closing won't stay up to even get a text thru. Everytime I go to text or email a customer it force closes. My phone states there is a bug on this app and it won't even allow me to open it without unistalling and reinstalling. Have had to do this multiple times a day. This is really frustrating! Get this FIXED IMMEDIATELY!
