Completely useless if you have an android. Every update makes it worse. You can't add customers, it takes 3+ seconds to scan a driver's license once you finally get it at the right angle/hold your breath just right for it to actually take. But that doesn't matter because you'll have to re-enter the info on a computer anyways. Don't bother trying to add a trade, you can't even type in the VIN, let alone scan it. They shouldn't even have it in the android app store.

The app feels like a very rushed Beta version. You can not respond to customers by simply clicking on their responses. You have to physically go back to their profile, click the method of communication, and send. As others have said, almost 70 percent of email and text threads do not show up in the desktop version when you have communicated with them through the app. it is lagging. when scanning drivers licenses and taking photos of insurance cards, it can take 7 attempts.

Been using the app for about a year now and still can't scan VINs. Would be nice to have a version of this that makes my job easier, not more complicated. Looks like this has been an issue for years that they are just too lazy to fix. Edit- Not sure how, but the app has gotten worse. Constantly crashes when I scan IDs, still can't scan trades, when the ID does scan, no information gets pulled from it. Absolute garbage.
