About this app

The Biker Mobile app enables you to activate your Biker Mobile SIM and manage your account quickly and conveniently.

Register with the email address you used to order your Biker Mobile SIM, set your password and complete registration. If you ordered a plastic SIM, scan the barcode or enter the last 5 digits of your SIM number). Once registered you will be able to:

- Activate your SIM.
- Port in your mobile number.
- View your remaining data in real time.
- View your plan and renewal date (which is when allowances will be refreshed).
- Select a new plan to be applied at renewal.
- Purchase data add-ons.
- Enable and disable your plan auto-renew.
- Purchase a plan (if you have no current plan).
- Access the detailed FAQs for support.
- Contact our support team via webchat.
