Esta versão corrige falhas nos lembretes.

- Os lembretes de consulta não estavam sendo criados. Agora funcionam, no Android e no iPhone.
- Os alarmes de medicamento não somem mais ao reinstalar o app ou trocar de celular: o Tekora recria todos sozinho ao abrir.
- Ao editar uma consulta, os lembretes marcados eram perdidos. Corrigido.
