Offers and discounts are appealing, but the service and customer support make even discounted food seem like a waste of money. Complained once about a completely messed up order that took 2hrs to arrive cold, without the add ons i paid for, and 0 modifications respected. Got a reply saying "sorry for any inconvenience caused". Thats it. Would not recommend at all.

I initially liked the Tekram app because it was much cheaper than Toters and offered strong discounts, sometimes up to 50%. As the app became more popular, the discounts dropped to around 10% and came with conditions, such as minimum orders that make small discounted items pointless. Restaurants with 50% offers are often marked busy, and the best deals are now limited to Tekram Plus users, which feels misleading.

Ordered from sandwich w noss, and it was confirmed almost immediately. Fast forward 1 hour, stil no update on my order. Decided to contact customer support, 0 replies. 2 hours passed, nothing happened. Could not even cancel my order. Anyways, order was canceled after 4 hrs automatically. Very unprofessional and useless app.
