Ads are misleading , they just want more people to download the app . customer service only replies when you message them repeatedly. offering 50% discounts on stores that only are for clickbait. and if you do find them there is a 9$ cap , ridiculous!

I placed an order thinking I would get a 50% discount as advertised on the app. However, when the driver arrived, the price was back to the full amount. No explanation, no adjustment. I reached out to customer service, and they were completely unprofessional—unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to issue any kind of refund or even acknowledge the problem. to make things worse, my order arrived incomplete. It was missing drinks and fries, and when I reported it, they didn’t offer to send them.
