About this app

CollectShelf is an app for managing personal collections directly on your device, with no accounts, servers, or mandatory internet connection.

Organize your collections with images, categories, items, quantities, prices, estimated values, statuses, and statistics. It is designed for collectors of cards, coins, trading cards, figures, books, stamps, video games, watches, minerals, fossils, and other personal objects.

Main features:

• Create and manage multiple collections.
• Add items with an image, name, description, categories, quantities, purchase price, and estimated value.
• Mark items as “Owned” or “Wanted”.
• Use default images when you do not have a custom photo.
• Organize items by category.
• Search items by name.
• Filter by status, categories, and template attributes.
• Sort by favorites, name, date, purchase price, or estimated value.
• Mark items as favorites.
• View statistics for your collections.
• Change the app language.
• Change the displayed currency symbol without converting amounts.
• Generate visual PDFs to share or save.
• Export and import collections using local .collectshelf files.
• Keep your data in local storage.
• Delete all local data whenever you want.

Each template can display specific attributes. For example, for cards you can store the game, set, rarity, language, condition, grade, or edition. For coins, you can store the country, year, mint mark, metal, or condition. For video games, you can store the platform, region, format, box condition, or whether the manual is included.

CollectShelf also includes statistics to help you better understand your collection: number of items, owned units, total estimated value, favorites, items without an estimated value, main categories, and highlighted attributes.

The app uses a freemium model.
