I have used this app for many years, it has normally worked very well but as of the last month or so it does not load all transactions only the pending ones. I am still rating at 5 stars because it normally works well but wanted to bring this to the creators attention to hopefully get a fix for the issue. Other than this I have always loved the app, the ease of the mobile deposit feature, the accuracy of the balances etc...

I received an email this app is being updated on 1/21/2020.... "Following this update, you will have the ability to view check images and e-statements and can schedule transfers on your mobile device. The latest version 2.1 will correct the transaction viewing for Android users." I am going to update my app After 1/21/20 to the 2.1 version to see if it fixes my issue.

This place sucks. I don't know who is in charge of it now but it is horrible. Been banking with them for over 20 years and have never experienced the lack of customer service I have the last few days. What has normally taken an hour for a simple vehicle loan has been 3 days in the works just to tell me that they no longer do the loans like they used to and want a stupid interest rate for an 800 plus score. Will be transferring all of my accounts elsewhere ASAP.
