My recent experience with TeleClinic showed improvement compared to previous encounters. However, some doctors still seemed rushed, and technical glitches disrupted appointments and video calls. On the positive side, the app's user-friendliness and prescription delivery were convenient. Yet, there's room for improvement in both language accessibility and doctor attentiveness.

Its a great app and works really well. Doctors are very kind and helpful. You have an option to select if you want an English speaking doctor. But the problem is that app does not have a language choice ..i have to take screenshots for each step (and they are so many) and have it translated to English in order to proceed..this is quiet painfull. I would really really appreciate English language support.

service is amazing. Only thing, it is buggy and gets frozen and sends me pop up messages because it shuts down. Twice I booked a doctor appointment, and both times it didn't work immediately. In the first appointment, even if I connected myself immediately and waited for 25 minutes on the message "doctor is still not here" it closed me saying the doctor could not reach. Obviously not my problem, I was online, and it really wasted a lot of my time because I had to book another slot.
