Yesterday two appointments were simply cancelled. Today, there were technical difficulties with my first appointment at 9:25 and the doc couldn't reach me; and then the doctor never showed up to the 12:31 appointment (confirmed at 12:29). I'm running Android 8 and the app is up-to-date. I even uninstalled and reinstalled between the two appointments.

Total fail. Network error trying to start consultation. Another error trying to cancel the enquiry. Support: please fill in all the forms again AND also log out AND kill the app AND reinstall the app... Mate, I just logged in for the first time right now 🤦♂️

They gonna let you wait. Make you sitting infront of your phone, ready to speak to a 'doctor', just for making you wait much longer, than in any waiting room! And then they offer you a faster treatment just for a few bucks extra! If you can't move, it's maybe okay-ish... But I prefer a real Doctor's practice. If there'd be the possibility of giving zero stars - for wasting time and taking additional money, more than health care fees, they'd have deserved not more than that!
