The "Rate FX - Currency Converter" application uses weighted average world currency rates based on the "today's rate" principle. The application does not use bank rates or central bank rates of government authorities, as such rates are characteristic for buying/selling currency at a specific bank or its branches. The application also does not use trading exchange rates as it is not a tool for tracking currency trading operations or a decision-making indicator.

The "Rate FX - Currency Converter" application is intended for converting values of one currency to values of another currency for informational purposes, for example to understand the cost of goods or services in foreign currency. The application user assumes all risks, including financial ones, related to making incorrect decisions or calculations when using the "Rate FX - Currency Converter" application. - Main Currency Selection: You can now select a primary currency (using the star icon in settings) that will always be pinned to the top of your list.
- Default Amount: Set a default amount (e.g., 100) for your main currency. The app will automatically calculate conversions based on this amount upon opening.
