With the checkin application the technician receives a service order with the customer, address, product and product history details. It is possible to make the route to the consumer, notify the displacement and signal to the authorized service station in case of absent customer.
When filling out the service order, it is possible to launch defects, parts, photos, attachments and register the consumer's signature.
Application integrated with the web version of the system, reduces the need for rework and streamlines communication between authorized service stations and manufacturers.
