easy to use, effective. wish the collar was a bit bigger. I got a large size but it isn't quite big enough for my 75 lb dogs. I make it work but have had the collar come off a couple times due to having the collar extended as far as it can go and the straps slide out of the snaps and fall off.

terrible, does NOT work at all ! NO Customer Service either ! horrible I would not recommend this product or app to anyone especially if you're trying to contain your pets and keep them safe the collars started shocking our dogs when they were in an allowed area, and it was very frightening for them because they didn't know what was going on. it's impossible to properly set the perimeter because it doesn't stay. it is a ridiculous app

this product is terrible the customer service just stops talking to you. I used the collar for two and went on vacation now the app doesn't work. not only that,it's been randomly vibrating and sounding on my dog while she's in the yard within her fence.
