It has limitation as doesn't show lead transition, no reminder in app and inventory management. Lead pull is also very poor creating confusion with lead source except Facebook which is ok. when connected with various other lead generator source very poor lead syncing with various portals. Support team is one way and not bother to work on the challenges or bugs we have faced, we have to call all the time Overall very poor performance as CRM app

Good mobile app to handle day to day activities. Didn't find any major issue so far. However few things or new features can be improved like better filters in leadbox and call logs, hidden features should be available on front as people might not know about those. Overall I am happy with it.
