Ratings and reviews

The app got significantly better in the last two years. Sadly, their backend infrastructure still has room for improvements.

Some features don't work. I want to change (downgrade) mi current plan and there's no way the app will tell me what my options are and how much it will cost me and how I'll go about it in the app.

Regular to bad. The application is slow to show the balance you have. Soo sloow, sadly is the only way to check the cellphone balance.
