About this app

Workforce by TelematicPro is the app your field team uses to run the working day — clock in, share their location with the office while on shift, pick up tasks, and stay safe. It pairs with the Fleetz / Telematic Pro web console where managers see everyone live and handle scheduling, timesheets, and pay.

IMPORTANT: Workforce by TelematicPro is provided by your employer. You sign in with an account they create for you. It is a workplace tool, not a consumer app.

ON THE CLOCK

One-tap clock in and out, with breaks.
Your location is shared with your employer only while you are clocked in — it starts when you clock in and stops the moment you clock out. You give explicit consent first and can withdraw it any time.
Auto clock-in/out prompts when you arrive at or leave a work site.
A clear on-duty indicator so you always know when location is being shared.

See tasks assigned to you, with checklists, photos, and sign-off.
View your schedule, claim open shifts, and request swaps.
Book leave and see your balances.
Submit expenses and mileage with a photo of the receipt.

STAY SAFE

Emergency SOS alerts your office instantly with your location.
Lone-worker check-ins prompt you to confirm you're OK; if you don't, your office is alerted.

A built-in Manager Console shows live team status, safety alerts, leave approvals, and chat — right on your phone.

PRIVACY YOU CAN SEE

Location is shared only during a shift, never outside it.
Tracking requires your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
Location is never used for advertising and is never sold.
You can ask your employer to export or delete your data.
