I bought a Telenor package for around 550 for 100 GB, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. The internet speed was so poor that the data was basically unusable. Pages wouldn’t load, videos wouldn’t buffer, and the connection dropped constantly. It’s easily one of the worst internet experiences I’ve had in Pakistan. I ended up switching to another service because this was beyond frustrating. I don’t recommend Telenor at all—terrible network quality and zero value for the price.

I have been using My Telenor App since 2020 and it has always been a great experience for me. The offers were good, affordable and flexible, which is why I trusted and used the app regularly. But after the recent update, I am honestly disappointed. Many previous offers seem to be missing and there are very limited options available now. I hope Telenor brings back the old variety of packages and restores the offers the way they were before. It would really improve the user experience again.

just tried to activate weekly international call offer rs85 and it repeatedly fails... shows invalid region error or similar. Very disappointing. Dont show an offer if you wont let customers use it! have tried to log a complaint about this through the app but it doesn't allow me to enter any free text that lets developer identify this review...
