The experience with Telenor is going very bad these days. Their signals are not coming at all. After installing very expensive internet packages, the package is wasted because there is no signal to use the package. It wasn't like this before. But these days, the signal is also difficult to come through. Even though their tower is in the plot in front of us.

My experience with the Telenor app has been very disappointing. Whenever my postpaid connection limit expires, the app restricts me from doing almost everything, which makes it very difficult to manage my account. Another major issue is the package selection process. It is not clear or user-friendly, and I often struggle to understand which package I am selecting or whether it has been successfully activated. I have repeatedly added money to my account, but in many cases, I do not receive servic

The "Make Your Own Package" feature has been ruined with the latest update. For a 30-day package, the minimum data option has been increased to 10,000 MB (up from 5,000 MB previously). Similarly, Other Network minutes have been raised to a minimum of 100 mins (vs. 50 mins previously). Apps should be updated to enhance user experience, not make it worse. I am seriously considering switching to a different network.
