I am a regular user of my telenor app. I never faced any problem. Last month suddenly it stoped working and continously give an error "There was an error communicating with connect. Please check your network settings or try again later" I reinstalled it but it gives me the same error. Besides telenor app all other apps are working fine. Strange you cannot find a decent person to fix this problem.

Its been close to a week now and I've not been able to sign-in. The app keeps logging me out right after I input the verification code. I even got a little prompt a couple of days ago the flashed on my screen for half a second saying "My Telenor app is not working right now." among other stuff I couldn't make out because it closed after maybe half a second. And I don't use Facebook so don't ask me to contact you there.

Very bad experience with Telenor. They don't have a good enough reach, but that's not all. You cant keep money in your account. I had a package and 500 rs in my account, I don't know why, but it kept using up my money and I had 320 rs left by the end of 10 days. I contacted support multiple times, but the support was terrible, said they don't see any amount deducted in the time period clarified, even though my history showed clearly that amount had been deducted daily. I am switching my SIM😣😡
