I am trying to login but can't. I have sim in the phone. I don't remember the password. On clicking forgot password and reset password it says can't send the instructions right now contact support. Tried to contact support twice they didn't respond. Poor services P. S I already tried twice to contact support on Facebook page.

Over all it's good app but I got a very bad impression from Telenor network service. Internet service is very bad. While other networks have a good better and best internet service. If internet is too much slow or not working then it's not useful for Telenor customers. Please solve this issue if Telenor company can do this.

I am a regular user of my telenor app. I never faced any problem. Last month suddenly it stoped working and continously give an error "There was an error communicating with connect. Please check your network settings or try again later" I reinstalled it but it gives me the same error. Besides telenor app all other apps are working fine. Strange you cannot find a decent person to fix this problem.
