Ratings and reviews

Telenor is a user-friendly network that provides its customers with plenty of different bundles and packages. Because of this, I'm giving it three stars. However, I recently encountered a problem: when I open the Telenor app, it automatically switches my 4G network to Edge (E). To revert back to 4G, I have to turn on airplane mode, which is very disturbing and frustrating. Please look into this issue. Thank you! شکریہ

Updated:09 July 2024: It's a useful app, but it is difficult to read, as the font size too small, not enlargeable, nor has dark mode, for vision impaired users. This is a useful App but it should be more user friendly, such as provide a brief orientation to what this App can and cannot be do, how it benefits the user? Does have a user interface with PTA or other networks, so that one may use it as a quick, hassle free, one window way of communicating for trouble shooting. All the best.

I have recently started using Telenor and am facing many issues. 1. The app is not installing on a non telenor operted cell phone. While Ufone, Zong and other phones operate fine. 2. It gives a warning of Internet while my internet is good. Am user of Zong, Warid, Mobilink and Ufone, but Telenor has issues. And No one contacted me since my last complaint here. Very sad. Seems to be lip service only.
