This app provides you with a number of self-service options right when you need them. Keep up to date with your bills and payments, take control of your data usage and buy extra – just in case you streamed one too many series on holiday.
When you go abroad, the My Telenor app can also help guide you through roaming charges and rules. And if you’re the lucky owner of Telenor broadband, you can also find all the relevant info on your profile.

The app gives you access to:
- All your subscriptions
The app gives you a great overview of your own as well as your family members’ subscriptions. Mobile, broadband and mobile internet can all be found on there. You can also check how much data your kids have left and see when your contract is up.
- An overview of extra usage
The app provides an easy overview of extra usage not already included in your subscription. E.g. calls, messages, data usage abroad or donations and competitions.
- Overview of all your bills
Get the best overview of your bills in the app. You can easily find all your bills and check that everything is okay.
- Pay your bills
You can also pay your bills directly in the app, if you haven’t registered a payment card or signed up for a direct debit.
- Change payment method
Did you get a new credit card? Or do you want to sign up for a direct debit? The app lets you do it in a quick and easy fashion through only a few steps.
- Buy extra data
If you have run out of data, you can top up directly in the app. You can also top up data abroad and buy extra data deals before you go – both in Europe and the rest of the world.
- Information about your subscription
You’ll find all the important information about your subscription(s) in the app, such as your sim card number, PUK code and broadband number plus the name and the price of your subscription.
- Family overview
You can view your family group directly in the app, get a simple overview of your Telenor Trin-subscriptions as well as view both you and your family’s discounts. You can also view, invite and accept invitations.
- See coverage and report errors
Have you experienced bad coverage on your mobile or mobile broadband? We’d love to hear from you – you can report bad signal and coverage faults directly from the app. When you report a problem, our technicians will investigate.
- View communication from Telenor
The app gives you a full overview of e-mail communication from Telenor. This is the easiest place to find information such as an old Wi-Fi password or the receipt of a purchase.
- Check installments and SWITCH
You will also find an overview of your installments. If you bought your phone with SWITCH you can also see when you’re eligible of switching your phone to a newer model.
To get full access to the app you need to be a Telenor Denmark customer and have a CONNECT account. If you do not have an account, it’s easy to create one in the app. You can also use the app with limited access via SMS login, which also works for B2B users.
