The Essential app from Odido is a business tool to easily set the accessibility of your fixed and/or mobile telephone numbers.

What features does the Essential app offer:
- Caller ID: choose between fixed and mobile numbers when calling out.
- Forwarding: set where calls should go in case of unavailability.
- Transfer: transfer calls to your colleague, with or without prior notice.
- Visual voicemail: messages clearly bundled so that you can easily listen to them.
- Availability status: check when colleagues are available.
- Manage caller groups: sign in or out.
- Business and private mode: determine your availability per situation.
- Company directory: access to contact details.

Note: This application only works if you have purchased an Essential product from Odido. Some features are only available if you have purchased a license for them.

Ratings and reviews

design of this app is really bad. UI/UX is plain terrible. All the main functions are hidden behind 2 opposite sliding side panels, which are hard to activate and find. It conflicts with Android system gestures.

One of the most user unfriendly app I have ever used.

Can only use 1 hard coded number and cant adjust it in the profile myself

What's new

Basic Chat
- Chat functionality which allows users to start a direct chat with anyone within their organization has been added.
- Users can also see the presence and line state of the other party and can place a call directly from the chat.

Group chat functionality
- Group membership can be managed by anyone in the group and membership changes are visible to everyone as informational messages added in the timeline.

Fixed issue
- App is missing associated domains.
