Like most (and so far all) mobile process server apps, this a captive product that you cannot use independantly on your own. Unlike most, this one does'nt have the courtesy to tell you that, so you waste your time installing it. Worthless to the independant.

every time I try to document or take photos, the app restarts constantly, which I believe is dangerous when you're trying to get the job done as quickly as possible

Yes, that is correct—process servers often face hazards in the field while ensuring due process.

i have been using Mobile Agent and Paper Tracker since 2017. Great sotware, and fantastic and effective customer service and support. I highly recomend this to any fellow process server.
