Nothing works. Tried to sign up - nothing. Re-downloaded and same issue. Had to have the support team call me and they were nice and signed me up. Then I added my phone number and tried to enter the confirmation code... took 6 attempts because it was randomly auto filling? And if you don't get it right but it auto fills, then they send a new text? Well once I got lucky and figured that out, I tried to add my pet. Put in all the information and the clicked on the add button - nothing.

It is the worst app I have EVER tried to work with. Full of glitches and every single time I sent a message, it signed me out and I had to sign in again and type in my email, password, etc etc. Took me hours to get past all the glitches.

I've tried several times and a couple of different emails but it keeps saying it isn't formatted right. My email is my email and I can't change that! No where to get help on this app that i could see.
