The new update of this app totally changed the user interface & it's not good. The old version was easy to use, understandable, & it was easy to see your data. This new version is very hard to log in, to the point I might as well just used the website. I don't consider face recognition secure. The old code login was secure and simple. It's hard to find where to transfer $$, access your credit score & associated data, or to just find hours of operation. Please change it back?

I've enjoyed over 20 years of excellent service on the phone and at the branches. Online banking is easy ... awesome I find the app to be extremely user friendly and it works well. I have never had any issues. Transfers are super easy and I really like being able to acces my credit score. There is so much helpful information there. Great job Telhio 👏 👍 😁🎉🎉❤️

I haven't been able to open it for the last 2 days. Anyone else having that issue? Other than that, I was a little disappointed that it was so easy to get into after the update. I felt that having to "jump thru hoops" to get in made it so much more secure than any other app I had. Even my hubby couldn't figure out all the security passwords/symbols, which made me feel secure that it would be difficult for a hacker to access.
