Update: On 6/1, our need was escalated by a great service rep and 6/2, the problem was fixed by an attentive and caring person in-branch. The app is working great now! (5/26) T-OH, you're killing me. Mobile deposit is crucial and choosing favorite widgets doesn't help access your "Deposit a check." I can't message you either online or in the app.

Having problems accessing my account or can't find any data that past couple of weeks. I don't see an update either. So I can't even see my info at all. This does not look good on a bank. For all you know you might be getting hacked this is not cool. When you try to call all you get is a automated system and you try to get someone on the phone takes forever.

Gave this a 2-star rating in 2022 after an update that made major changes. I've adapted & got used to where certain things are so I'll give it an extra star. Still not in love with the user interface compared to before. The login is clumsy. Pop-ups & changes during page loading interfere w/ your ability to press the right button. App loading overall is clunky. That said, Telhio still has the best app (website, customer service, etc) I've used over the years versus other banks/states.
