Gave this a 2-star rating in 2022 after an update that made major changes. I've adapted & got used to where certain things are so I'll give it an extra star. Still not in love with the user interface compared to before. The login is clumsy. Pop-ups & changes during page loading interfere w/ your ability to press the right button. App loading overall is clunky. That said, Telhio still has the best app (website, customer service, etc) I've used over the years versus other banks/states.

I used to be member of chaco before they were bought out by telhio I loved Jacob I would give them six out of five stars but tell Ohio I'd give him a zero star if I could they're more interested in making money not helping people I had to get a loan to fix a ceiling in my house and I was told the best option was to get home at equity line of credit but that was not good for me as the interest just kept increasing and increasing till it was almost double from when I signed it Don't go there.

Great app to get up to date information on your account. My only complaint is not being able to remove old accounts from other banks, I no longer have open.
