Worst service ever! I have been waiting for almost a month just to install a number and internet (indihome product). I have been monitoring and calling them almost every day! their CS through 147 said that I will be "prioritized" but there is no solution up until today from them! Some of their CS from 147 and the telkom plaza always gave me unreasonable excuses! Some of them is being mean and lazy, they looks very reluctant to gave me updates regarding my installation request!

Terrible update ..cant open kamera keep saying no SD card when new card is in camera then get error 10 everytime i refresh ..will uninstall and return router and camera to Indihome on Friday 11 Aug ... and will seek alternative supplier on monday 😤😤😤😤😤

Horrible service, not customer friendly. Their customer service is very lazy and ineffective.
