UPDATE I returned to try Telldus Live after having the device in the box for a long time and was happy to find it much more reliable. There was also a significant update in speed, usually switches turn on/off within 1 second compared to 20-30 earlier. Also Strange dependencies on the mobile application has been removed.

Telldus lost all my installed devices twice. which in zwave means manual reset and reinstall. CS doesnt respond, creating ticket did not result to any action. Nor does the management bother replying over emails, and I was paying the annual fee for several years. Since then happy user of smartthings. Strongly suggest to avoid Telldus

Google doesn't allow me to use the proper word for what this product is, so I'll just call it 'a thing that is best to be placed in a recycling bin'. The product has been buggy since it was released. Now the ZNet Live V2 local API authentication fails in several ways and I don't want to use the cloud API (which is anyway broken from time to time). As a cherry on top the Telldus Live page is cluttered with "buy insurance, buy premium, buy something" ads which just makes it feel shady.
