Monox app is very convenient to send money home. I'm a monox user since long time, but recently there is a issue with my monox app and it's been 15 days now. i tried to contact with monox through WhatsApp first they said they will resolve my problem but still not resolved. and now i tried to contact the customer care through call and the lady was very rude, I have sent them my details two times and now after 2 weeks she ask me to send it again. very disappointed with the customer service. 👎👎

Bad customer service and they don't know nothing about help customers they only need to open account and after they dont care . Very disappointed 😡
