I have been trying to register my account since 3 days and constantly it responds as unable to verify the given information. I am really finding this app very terrible till now dated 1-08-2026. The technical team should fix up the issues.

worst app and worst bank ever my transaction is stuck and I complained twice 1 call on helpline number of BOK and tell them about the situation they write down my complaint and then when I didn't receive my cash back so then I go to the bank physically and write down a complaint and half moth is passed now but the didn't resolve the issue and didn't return my cash back. This app or bank is not recommended.

Nowadays it's not working, They say on the location then I am on the location but not working yet username passwords are correct but not working. i called the helpline number and they said first uninstall then install and check again. They said your account is correct no problem yet. but why is my BOK App not working.
